The Centre for PHSE is based within the Quality Learning Service for Staffordshire Education Authority. This service enables all schools to obtain information and updates about what the service offers. They are a Life Education Centre, having two mobile classrooms which go into schools with trained educators using Circle time, role-play and positive behaviour management strategies to develop positive attitudes, communication and assertiveness skills with the aim of providing knowledge and understanding of the human body and how to make positive choices that improve health and well-being.
The service also runs training and educative sessions for teachers and parents. |
