| | | Description | The SHADOW project is an initiative between Coventry PCTs and Coventry Youth Service and provides education and health prevention work with young people. The project is part of a much larger Coventry wide initiative that covers the 'Healthy Curriculum' and has a holistic approach to health and fitness.
Much of the work takes place in youth clubs, youth settings and secondary schools and links in with the Key Stage 3 & 4 curriculum. Requests from primary schools will be responded to as well..
Shadow has 4 shopping lists of workshops. Each list features a range of workshops that can be adapted to the age and needs of the client group. Workshops are grouped under the following shopping lists; Smoking Shopping List; Sexual Health Shopping List; Healthy Lifestyles Shopping List and a Shopping List – The Return! | | Mission Statement | To reduce social exclusion and health inequalities
