| Description |
A team of advisors offering training, support and guidance for teachers at all Key stages on drug and alcohol related policy development, incident management, curriculum advice and Protective Behaviours procedures.
The approach taken is one of education and harm reduction. For older young people, those in vulnerable areas, special schools & Pupil Referral Unit's, teachers adopt a life skills approach of assertiveness and making safe and healthy choices.
The service offers training in drug awareness and in the use of the locally developed resource packs. |
