If you are looking for a substance misuse related project perhaps for the first time, you should know that the West Midlands, like the rest of the UK, is divided into Drug Action Teams (DATs). There are 14 in the West Midlands and each DAT is responsible for providing services for young people in their area through a variety of statutory and non-statutory service providers. We recommend you start on the DAT (Drug Action Team) page and identify the area you live in or the area in which you would like to look for projects. Clicking on the name of the area will bring up the DAT contact details and a list of service providers. You will then be able to see which projects offer support for parents for example and will be able to access further information by clicking on the service provider name.
